The short version. This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. We collect only the information needed to quote, schedule, perform, document, and bill grounds care work. We never sell your information, and we share it only with the service providers required to operate — primarily Jobber, our scheduling and invoicing platform, and its payment processor.
When you request a quote or become a client, we collect: your name, email address, and phone number; the service property address and relevant property details (lot features, gate codes or access instructions you provide, items you ask us to note); your approved estimates, service history, visit records, and invoices; and payment records. Card payments are processed by our platform's payment processor — we do not see or store full card numbers. We also collect photographs of the grounds we service, taken to document work performed.
We use this information to prepare estimates, schedule and route visits, perform and document the work, send service communications (confirmations, photo reports, invoices, receipts), collect payment, maintain business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations. Photos of completed work that do not identify your address, house number, or persons may be used in our portfolio and marketing; you may opt out of marketing use at any time by written notice, and we will honor it going forward.
realhelp.land is a static informational site. It sets no cookies, uses no advertising trackers, and runs no third-party analytics scripts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested — as part of serving and securing the site; we do not use that data to identify visitors. If a page contains a contact or waitlist form, we receive only what you type into it.

We retain client records, invoices, and work photos for as long as you are a client and afterward as needed for tax, insurance, warranty, and legal purposes — generally up to seven years for financial records. Access details such as gate codes are deleted when service ends, on request or as a matter of course.
You can: opt out of marketing use of work photos at any time; reply STOP to opt out of SMS (we will coordinate by email or phone instead); ask us what information we hold about you; and ask us to correct or delete it. We will honor deletion requests except where we are required to retain records for tax, legal, or insurance purposes. Requests go to the contact below and are answered within 30 days.
Client records live in our client management platform and are protected by its access controls; our own access is limited to business use. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect in the first place — the less we hold, the less can be exposed.
Our services and website are directed to property owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, we will post the revised version at this page with a new effective date. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be noted in a service communication.
